“Debiutant” is another enterprise resulting from my collaboration with VR Heroes Film Studio, directed by the acclaimed industry expert Bartosz Kruhlik. My responsibilities included selecting props and costumes that were historically accurate for the Chopin-era of the 19th century, specifically reflecting the traditional clothing of the Dobrzyń region.

The creation process was multifaceted, with the production of a short film playing a crucial role.I took on multiple roles, including director, set designer, costume designer, visual artist, and choreographer.Given the film’s short timeline and limited budget, I strategically used film and theater magazines and selectively purchased clothing items, which were then patinaed for specific scenes.

I managed a team of assistants and technicians

My role extended beyond wardrobe design to ensure that the actors’ costumes and overall style were cohesive and authentic to the period. Additionally, I took charge of the final look of the scenography, contributing to the film’s visual narrative.

On set, I managed a team of assistants and technicians, guiding their tasks and responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of our vision.
